博士研究生 郭娟瑋 Chuan-Wei Kuo 得獎經歷 / 專利 • 2024 南亞科技未來之星獎學金博士組銀質獎 • 2022 國防工業獎學金 • 2022 李長榮教育基金會第十屆優秀獎學金 重要學術著作 • 2020 平安教育基金會博士班菁英獎學金 • 已獲證美國專利 1 項 (US11417511B1)、台灣專利 3 項 (TWI784545、TWI854652B、TWI769628) 國立中山大學 材料與光電科學學系 獲獎摘要 郭娟瑋同學於 2019 年碩士逕讀國立中山大學材料與光電科學系博士學位，研究領域為 MOSFET 和 TFT 元件之特性與可靠度物理機制分析。迄今，研究成果發表第一作者國際期刊 6 篇、第一作 者研討會論文 1 篇。同時，郭同學博士班期間研究超臨界流體高壓處理技術，相關研究成果獲證 4 項發明專利。 1.
