博士研究生 洪皓君 Hao-Chun Hung 國立成功大學 微電子工程研究所 獲獎摘要 洪皓君同學自 2019 年起於國立成功大學微電子工程研究所攻讀博士班，研究領域為金屬氧化物半 導體薄膜，包括錫基氧化物薄膜 (Sn-based oxide thin film) 以及第四類半導體氧化鎵 (Ga2O3)， 透過高性價比之噴霧式化學氣相沉積 (Mist CVD) 技術進行相關元件的研發。迄今為止，已通過 1 項相關的中華民國專利，並且已投稿 4 篇 IEEE TED 期刊與 9 篇國際研討會論文。 得獎經歷 / 專利 • 2023 IEDMS Excellent Poster Paper Award • 已獲證之發明專利:中華民國專利 (I790667) 重要學術著作 1.
